Hazy Glow Effect 1. In Photoshop, open a photo of the person you want to apply the hazy effect.  2. Goto Layer > Duplicate Layer... and click OK to close. 3. You should now have two identical layers of the photograph.  4. Make sure the duplicate layer is the active layer. 5. Click the "Blending Modes" dropdown box in the layers palette and select "Overlay".  6. Goto Filter > Blur > Gausian Blur. 7. Adjust the Radius slider so that the layer becomes very blurry.  8. Click OK and you should now have your hazy glow effect.
