Adding A Beauty Mark 1. Open in Photoshop, the photo of the face that you want to add the beauty mark.  2. Zoom in on the face. 3. Use the Eye Dropper tool to select the darkest color of the face. I notice the darkest part of the face is right near where the hair is, as you can see from the image below. So I select this color.  4. Select the Brush Tool. Make sure to select an appropriate size brush size. In this case, the brush size should be relatively small.  5. Zoom in just above the person's lip to the right and paint a small beauty mark dot.  6. Zoom back out and you should now have your face with the beauty mark.
